Does anyone else think that the Royalton website does not do it justice?? It's so gorgeous in person but the website is just okay (almost cheesy even with those pictures of the food etc). I wish they'd update it a bit to match the beauty of the place!! I was considering telling Gerard this but I didn't know if it would offend them.

I agree...you can't really get the full effect of the place from the website. I really think they should have a pic of the bridal suite on there also......

yea its crazy!!!! but i remember when i was there a while back gerard said they were going to rebuild the website and make better brochures for people who come and are interested...all i got was a folder with some info sheets....

at least you got a folder. I only got paperwork. I guess I was kind of glad it wasn't a canned wedding package but they are starting to get more popular so they should rethink the website.

u didnt get a red folder with some fancy gold writing and there was nothing in it when he first handed it to me then after we did paperwork and stuff he put that in it and then gave me some sample menus from other weddings to look at...they really to make it more appealing because if I was only going by the website I would have said NO WAY!!!How is everyones planning coming!!! This summer I am getting soooooo much done!!!

i think he told me the same thing. maybe they are waiting for one of our weddings!!!! haha they'll take pics from that. LOL the royalton is so gorgeous. i found it through one of the long island bridal location mags. the names sounded elegant and i used to live in the area so i knew that it had to be nice. as soon as fh and i walked into the doors we knew that was it!
as far as planning goes, we are looking to book old westbury gardens for pics, sign up for precana, book jazz band for cocktail hour and...i think thats it for now. we like to have the majority of wedding related things done by oct(1yr), or jan09-just to give extra time. then we can put all of our time into looking for a house!!!!!!!!!!!!
