random question regarding well wishes basket

In one of my bridal catalogues (not sure which one), there was a well wishes basket that was a hot air balloon. I wanted to use that since that is how FH prososed. I'm pretty sure I threw out the catalog and I can't find anything online. Has anyone seen this or something similar???????
TIA!!!

I haven't seen anything like it. How hard could it be to make? Maybe if you post on the DIY boards someone may have an idea or a template or something. Sounds awesome to me!
