Random Survey o' thee Day: Theme Songs, Jingles and the Like

Having the Oscar Mayer theme song in my head for the better portion of the day has got me thinking about all the ever-so-catchy if not oh-so-annoying jingles that I have heard through the years? Do you have any favs? Ones that were so annoying but you sung them anyways?

I always loved the Skip It theme song. Remember those? ('the very best thing of all, there's a counter on this ball, see if you can beat your very best score, see if you can jump a whole lot more!')

IIIIIII've Been using Murphy's oil cuz it makes my woodwork shine

I hated their 'I'm Loving It 'campaign. I am quite honestly ideologically opposed to McDonalds (no lie!) - I refuse to go in there (except on long road trips to use the restroom ) ever since the beef in the fries scandal

Their I'm Loving campaign is crap - I'm seriously ideologically opposed to them too!
Another reason for me to hate them - they recently admitted that there is LACTOSE in their fries. Whyyyy?

hahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when that commercial came out scott and i were non stop 'woo hoo woo hoo hoo.......!' we were wondering where the heck it came from. we just kept on 'woo hoo woo hoo hooing.' it's really annoyed us but at the same time it put a pep in our step! fyi - we now know where it came from.. aiyai yai!

I hate a lot of them....

Newsday....everyday - Newsday Everyday !!(huh?) someone got paid to write that?

The stupid ma na ma na from the diet vanilla cherry whatever the hell else they put in it diet pepper commerical....

my favorite song in a commercial ever is the staples commercial they play in august/september to the tune of 'it's the most wonderful time of the year' with the father dancing around buying school supplies

Looks like a pump, feels like a sneaker!

Easy Spirit commercial late 80's when they are playing basketball in pumps ... me & one of my HS friends sang it all the time when we first got jobs. Out of nowhere it was in my head this afternoon at work and I had to email her!!

I know I've got a million others but this has been stuck in my head today.

Oh yeah, I burst into 'Freeeeeeee credit report dot com' every once in a while and my husband thinks I've gone mad. Until the commercial came on shortly after I blurted it out!

I was a fan of the twix commercials that used that song 'oh yeah' - you know, the one from 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'?

Hate: 'Ch-ch-ch-chia!' I'm also not into the new phone commercial with that annoying guy singing 'Urgent' to the camera. Haaate that song.
