Sorry to hear that, some people tend to talk fast and think second. I wouldn't put much thought into. From what you said, I don't think she was being malicious when she said that, she prob only noticed bc her daughter is somewhat similar, so she'd notice it more than someone else. Not that it excuses her behavior though. I know it may be hard, but do something you enjoy, you'll find it takes your mind off negative things. :)
