Ok - so my natural nails are absolutely horrible - and I can't get the to grow to save myself (and this has only been recently) - even my nail lady has noticed how horrible my nails have gotten. Anywho - have any of you ladies tried to vitamins for healthy hair, skin and nails? If so- did it work? Just bought a bottle from GNC and keeping my fingers crossed that it helps!!

Biotin works pretty good, also I hear MSM works too but I've only taken Biotin and can say for a fact Its worked for myself and friends.
