Do the bride and groom get counted in the head count for the hall? I was just thinking about this and realized no one has ever mentioned it.

Yes then do and your vendors count too. Just tell them that they are vendors.

Yes be sure to count yourselves. My friend forgot and she was three short of her minimum and then the BM said 'You did count yourselves didn't you??? That's how I learned!

Yes you do! Once u meet the minimum # of actual guests, then the vendors eat at the special rate...but if vendors are part of ur minimum, then they dont eat at special rate...thats what i was told by all 7 of the halls i visited

Emily, Anthony never said that to me. I know that the vendors are 1/2 price not matter if they are house vendors or not.

I knew about the vendors and kids rates, but I never knew about the BRIDE and GROOM!!
Geez, and I thought after all the money we were giving them, they would treat us! I better make sure to eat...A LOT!!

i don't think vendors counts as min..cause it's not at the price you signed too... at least at Crest Hollow i was told

I feel exactly the same way!!! That would be one for the books....a hall that throws in the bride and groom plates for free!!

MC...my min is 175 for a sat. nite in the Plaza Room...if I make 175 not counting vendors, then the vendors eat 1/2 off, if i meet my 175 with vendors, then they eat full price...i think the same deal with kids
