RAVE! - Hair, skin and nails...

Hello everyone, just letting you know I started taking Natures Bounty - Hair skin and nails vitamins extra strength to help along with the wedding and to look my best...

THESE PILLS ARE AMAZING! Ive been on them for about 2 weeks and my hair has grown about an inch AND has thickened! I now have to cut my nails every other day but they are so strong! I never really had skin issues so I cant really give an opinion on that but everything else OMG ya'll need to try it!

lol that sucks!!! i definitely noticed a big difference, and so has FH!

RAVE! - Hair, skin and nails...

I've been using this too! I've been taking double doses and definitely can tell a difference. My hair is fuller and my nails are much stronger. I really feel my little spider veins on my legs are much less noticeable also.

Does this replace a multivitamin or do you take it in addition to a daily multivitamin?

Ive been taking Nature Made prenatal pills & noticed a slight difference. My hair still falls out ugh - I don;t know what else to try

Does this replace a multivitamin or do you take it in addition to a daily multivitamin?


i take it as my vitamin, but im not good with that stuff so you might wanna look into it. it has 5k mgs of BIOTIN in it i know that!

since posting this, i noticed my hair is now more full...this stuff is awesome!
