Ray-Timeless Treasures -MIA!

I'm hoping you ladies can help me!!! I dont know what to else to do and I'm freaking out,

I still dont have my wedding video....since I got married there was a communication btwn Ray (timesless treasures) and I- said it'll be about 4-5 months till I recieve the video- ok no problem...

5 months rolls around and I contact him....then says he had a death in the family and is backed up..needs more time....couple weeks go by then says that he's going to start mine that week and he was going to touch base....then nothing- THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!!
I left a message and an email this past monday...I call again yesterday - and HIS PHONE IS DISCONNECTED!!!
I'm freaking out, my husband is so mad its not even funny...I wrote another email last night but I feel so stuck!

have you ladies who use him heard anything or have another method to contact him?!

i got married after you and i am still waiting for my video as well...

im not really concerned with the amount of time it is taking for him to finish - i think that the edits he does are ridiculous and are worth waiting for - its not like he is just throwing the video together kwim?

i know that he told you one thing and it is taking longer than expected but i wouldnt want him rushing my stuff - i would rather wait and know he took his time with it, so i havent bothered him yet ....i know he told you 5 months and its been longer but i am sure when you get your stuff it will be worth the wait - that is how i feel anyway....

not being able to get in touch with him is the concerning thing - hopefully you hear from him soon....let me know if you do!
