Re: razor burn
Tend Skin!! You can get it at Sephora for $25 dollars for a little bottle
OR
You can buy a big bottle of rubbing alcohol for a dollar fifty, and a big bottle of witch hazel for about the same and make a solution with them - equal parts I believe, follow up with some moisturizer and viola - bye bye razor burn.
Both remedies have a big sting factor, so I would be especially delicate in your 'happy area'!
Edited to say: I use the homemade solution on my legs (after I had finished with the Tend Skin) anytime I had razor burn (which was really bad two summers ago) and it worked great. As long as you follow up with a moisturizer, (Like neutrogena or aveeno) you shouldn't have a problem with dryness - on your legs. It's just an inexpensive solution that worked well for me.

Re: razor burn
since the wedding and honeymoon are special occasions...did you or are you will to consider a brazilian wax...you won't have to worry about razor burn then...(just make sure that you do the waxing at least one day prior to the wedding...since it can cause some temp. redness)

Re: razor burn
You should try 'Skin Relief Treatment' which is sold by Paula Begoun from her website:
It's very similar to Tend Skin, which is made up of alcohol and an aspirin substance, which helps to reduce the irritation. The difference is Paula's product does not have alcohol, which is very drying and not necessary to help the razor burn. I've been using her products for years, they are great for anyone with sensitive skin!
After that I would put on some hydrocortizone cream. Hope this helps!

Re: razor burn
Also did you ever think about using depilatory cream? It's about 6 bucks for a huge tube. You put it on wait about 8-10 minutes then get in the shower and take everything off with a washcloth. I used to do the brazilian this is SOOOOOO much better. You will be smooth for about 10 days and then you can do it again. I will never go back to waxing this is painless and you can do it yourself so no more legs behind the head poses at the waxing place. I would get the one for sensitive skin, never a reaction or bumps
