I am trying to figure out where to have my RD and I am not sure how far is to far from the church?? Does that really matter or should I put that into consideration?

I am having a hard time choosing a place because I definitely want it to be close to my church and there aren't many options I guess so long as it's not farther than... I don't know, 15-20 minutes? I'm trying to do it walking distance or a 5 minute drive from my church only because I want to make it as convenient as possible, but we'll see.

My RD location is about 5 minutes from the church. I would take it into consideration but it doesn't have to be that way. I would also consider a place that is centrally located for all parties involved.

Do you have a lot of OOT family/friends who would be going who might get lost if it's too far away? I don't think it should be too far but it doesn't have to be right on top of it, either, necessarily... Maybe you could leave some cars at the church and kind of caravan to the restaurant after?

I only have a few OOT guests and where I am considering having my RD would actually be closer to the hotel where my guest would be staying. My church is in Farmingville and most of my BP lives in Nassau County. I am considering going to a restaurant in Hauppage right off the expressway. what do you think???
