RD at Pomodorinos in Hauppauge

Any thoughts, opinions, experiences? My FI is in charge of the RD adn this was one of his suggestions.

That restaurant is very good... I used to work across the street, we would go there sometimes for staff dinners.

Thanks...do you know what the 'garden room' is? From the pics on the website it is hard to tell...

We had a party at the Pomodorinos that used to be in Lake Grove and the food was really good. I haven't eaten at the one in Hauppauge, but they have good food.

I've never had a party there but I've eaten there plenty of times and the food and service is always really good. I think the Garden Room is on the side of the restaurant. It's attached but kind of outside, enclosed in a clear tent, hard to explain. I'm actually thinking about maybe having our RD there too.

I'm thinking about havimg mine there as well! We always have big family dinners there and they accomodate large parties very well!

I was thinking about having our RD there as well since it's close to the hotel and Italian is usually a safe bet (I just have to convince my mom that). I haven't done any research yet.

Hi...we had our RD at Pomodorinos in Hauppauge in the Garden Room...it was great, we set the room up in a U shape and it was very private and beautiful with the lights. Food was great and they were terrific to work with. My only complaint is the service at the beginning of the night wasn't great but all and all we LOVED Pomodorinos and our RD!!! I'll see if I have any pics to attach...don't think the ones I have show the room well ....oh and you get a ton of food for a great price!!!

I had my shower at Pomodorino's in the Garden Room. I loved it!!!! The food was great and the atmosphere were great (I had a garden theme for the shower too). They have vines and flowers hanging from the ceiling with a kind of Tuscan/grape theme. The room has large windows which is great on a Sunny summer day.
