Well we are looking at some places to have our RD with FIL's next weekend :D so it got me thinking about the invites- yet another task to be done Anyway, this is quite possibly a stupid question, but do you have people RSVP to it? Through email or something?

depends on how formal. . I would think you need rsvps for head count one way or another. we just sent out an email with the invitation and asked for RSVPs via email

Actaully I'm having them rsvp through the wedding website I set up. I didn't go crazy with invites though just bought some cardstock and printed them up myself.

I think I was going to use snail mail, but nothing fancy, maybe design a card with a cute poem or something on it. I just wanted to make sure email rsvping wasn't tacky.

Mine didn't RSVP even though I said on the invite to call our cells... No one RSVPed...and that was OK. Everyone was there anyways LOL

im doing omething really informal....its just my sisters and our close friends who al live in the same area so ill prob just do a evite and let me know f they cant come
