Any of you girls know of any good restaurants in the area of Bellmore/ Merrick/ Massapequa for a rehearsal dinner.

Just not Piccolos!

I am getting married at St. Barnabas in Bellmore so Im looking for something that is nice, but not too far away.

We had ours as Sergios in Massapequa they were reasonable and had a private room

Cafe Symposio! It's on the same street at St. Barnabas on the corner of sunrise.

If you're looking for a less expensive route, the newish Frantoni's on Hempstead Tpk in East Meadow has a really nice back area for private parties. My nephew's baptism was there about a year ago. Their pre-fixe menu was really nice, and their food is soooo yummy. Esp the bread baskets they give you.

Has anyone been to Hudson's Mill in Massapequa? I have a gift certificate there, but I haven't used it yet.

Hemingway's - been there for dinner alot and very good.

Wantagh Inn - my cousin had her RD there and it was really good

La Strada - cousin had her sons christening there and also VERY good! Ive been there for dinner numerous times.

Bellesimo in amityville on merrick rd is really nice and good.

I second Ciao baby,it would be a good option too! It's super fun and the food is crazy generous. It was just on man vs. Food!

Amicis closed down.

You can also try Thom Thoms.. awesome food and drinks and they have a private room.

We called Ciao Baby and they wanted a lot of money including open bar for family style. Thats the place I thought originally.
