Can anyone recommend any good places for a rehearsal dinner around Tribeca, Greenwich Village, and Union Square?

Re: RD Locations in NYC
I guess anything, but maybe preferably Italian. I'm looking around for my in-laws since they're not familiar with NYC. I wouldn't want them to be spending a huge amount on this. Is $30 per person or so reasonable?

Heartland brewery is right on Union Square and has an area where you can hold private parties.

Re: RD Locations in NYC
Tribeca Grill will probably be pretty pricey.....and I am not sure Heartland Brewery has the best atmosphere for a RD....JMO
What about Little Italy? that's always fun and then when your done with dinner you could all go over to ferraro's for espresso's and pasteries!!!

Little Italy is VERY expensive.. well the places FMIL has been checking out... def call them up b/c they try to bang you out for every single thing..

I thought about Carmine's but it's in midtown and that would be kind of out of the way since the church is in Greenwich Village and most will be staying in that area for the night. I would also need a place that would accomodate like 50 people. Is $30 per person being reasonable or am I too low?
