Not sure what to offer guests since not everyone's 1st choice would be beer or wine and some won't even be drinking. Should I just do the unlimited beer wine & soda for $10.00 per head even though not everyone drinks? or the open bar?. Bartender fee of $75.00 then we just pay for drinks.

Just read your update that this is for Rehearsal Dinner...bear and soda is fine, others can pay for mixed drinks

We had the bar run a tab and just payed it at the end..can you do that?

That's what we are thiniking about doing. 1/2 the guests drink beer & wine and the others drink mixed. They are coming from OOT so, I'd like to accomidate them. Just hoping it won't get to $$$$

We're just running a bar tab at our RD. At first I thought that it would be better to pay per head for unlimited wine & beer, but I think that it will be equal in the end b/c not everyone will drink, and very few will be getting completely loaded.
