RD Opinions

I am debating between two locations.

La Volpe in Center Moriches is really nice. I love the decor, love the food etc.

FH and I met at Irish Times in Holbrook. They have a private room. The food wont be as good as La Volpe, but the place has meaning. AND, it will be much less expensive. This is somewhat important since FH and I are paying for the RD ourselves.

My friend sort of made a negative comment today about Irish Times b/c it's a bar. But, it's not like we'll be in the middle of a bunch of drunken people.

What would you do?

I don't think there's anything wrong with having it in the room at Irish Times. It's not like you're having it at 11pm or something!

p.s. my college roommate and her DH met at Irish Times too!!!

My cousin is having a small wedding (2nd marriage) and the reception/dinner is going to be at Irish Times. I'm looking forward to it!

I think having the RD there would be a really nice idea especially since you met there!
