Ladies - I'm really in a bind here and am in serious need of some help (and quick!). The place I was planning on having my RD has closed As you can see from my profile I'm getting married in 44 days and now need to find an alternative ASAP. Can anybody suggest a nice place in Suffolk County to hold my RD???? The church we are getting married in is in Mt. Sinai so something close would be great. Thanks in advance Ladies!!

We had ours at the bar/restaurant in East Wind. It was the cheapest around, really.
There's also Savino's in Miller Place... Sea Basin in Rocky Point There's also a restaurant aroudn the corner from MPI. You should ask LuAnn (that's her name, right?) because the guy who owns MPI also owns the restaurant. Amici's is on 25A in Mt. Sinai, that's nice too.
In Port jeff there's the Printer's Devil--they ahve a minimum for private parties on weekends. Danford's also, but a bit pricey. The Elk Street Grille
...can you tell I did this a few months ago?

usuk2004 - Thank you so much for the suggetions. Savino's is the place I was going to have the RD....but my luck, after being open for over 20 years they closed down about 2 weeks ago!! LuAnn is the MIP lady and she is soo sweet! Thanks again for your help.

My cousins was at a place right down the road from the Miller Place Inn, Miller's Table, the food was amazing. My reccomendation!

Deck's in Rocky Point has good food too. Although, I haven't been there in a while.

Not sure if Hauppauge is East enough but I am having mine in a fantastic Italian restaurant called Restaurant Mario. Private room downstairs, excellent food.

How far east? There is Demond's in the Inn at East Wind, The Cooperage Inn in Calverton, The Tuscan House or Digger O'Dells in Riverhead. Good luck!

It is now Colucci's Italian Restaurant, owned by Miller Place Inn. It's on North Country Road closer towards McNulty's Ice Cream.
Also Amici's in Mt. Sinai is very good and a nice place.

Call your CH and see if they recomend anyplace. I did this for the hotels and got a great price.
