Re: RD question....
No. About 50% of our wedding is OOT guests. That would just be too many people. We are having a brunch the next morning for people staying in the hotel though.

I don't have that many OOT but I just wanted to see what most people are doing. I can see if you have 50% OOT that inviting them all would be silly. Kel

Re: RD question....
No...and this was a sticking point for DH and I...I've always thought the RD is supposed to be a more intimate part of the wedding w/ just closest family and friends...MIL decided to invite all her OOT family and DH decided that his OOT non-bridal party friends should be invited becasue they travelled w/ the BP friends..I was M-A-D on principle but in the end I gave in becasue it was actually very few people (and MIL was paying) and it ended up being fine but my short answer is no...
I had a friend get married last summer who did invite everyone though and it was more of a drinks and apps kind of thing and that worked out fine for them too...I guess every situation is different

Re: RD question....
As of now we might be including a few 'key' OOT guests, like my grandmother, but for the most part its just those involved in the wedding, their parents (FGs and RB) and/or significant others (BMs and GMs).

Re: RD question....
We are, besides the bridal party, there aren't that many. FH summed it up the best, if these people are travelling in to come to our wedding and paying to stay at teh hotel for more than one night, we can feed them dinner for two...
