RD Suggestions?
Hi ladies,
Our wedding is on a Friday in Oakdale, and our wedding party/families are coming from all over (NJ, LI, Westchester). We are getting married at the RH, and they don't do a rehearsal the day before, so for the rehearsal dinner, we just want to do a dinner on the Thursday night (but keep it easy/convenient for ppl to attend if they're going back home that night and not staying at the hotel in Oakdale).
We're trying to think of some places that would be convenient for ppl taking the train from Penn Station and driving from all over. FH's family is in Douglaston, Queens and mine is coming in from Eastern LI, so Nassau seems like a good compromise...any suggestions on RD places in areas like Rock Center, Garden City or other towns convenient to trains or major roads? I don't know that area at all...
