I don't think so. We're having a catered bbq at FIL's house and I'm ecstatic about it.

We are using my BIL's yacht club because its only 100 to rent it... all we have to do is get the food and stuff otherwise it would have been at my house or someones house lol

Re: RD-Where to have? and Cost?

not sure where your chuch is and what town you are looking at, but La Famiglia in Plainview has really really good food, as well as Cafe Tessarosa (i think we may be having our RD here).....

We did where I had my shower, and had about 20 people. it was 35 pp.

No alcohol though, we didn't have any drinkers at the RD.

Re: RD-Where to have? and Cost?

i had talked with the guys at la famiglia. they seemed like it would be a great place to host a RD. for 28 pp you get unlimited servings of like 5 dinner options plus apps and soda/coffee/tea. plus they let you bring in your own cake and they cut it up for you.
