Hey guys So next up since we have oasis cafe next thurs at 730pm is......Cross Island Parkway anyone? Jogging, speed walking (gab fest lol)
Went to gym last night, jogged a little and some legs. not too bad today but who knows how i will feel tomorrow..lol
