Did you girls bring a swatch of your dress to pick out your shoes? or is it not necessary?

i dont have a swatch yet -- i'll only be able to get one once they start altering the gown. And i'll need my shoes for the 1st fitting. So...i'm just gonna buy the shoes w/o it. I'm not sure what color though b/c white shoes might make my dress look dirty and ivory will be too off.

I ended up buying dyable shoes so I am going to bring the swatch with me when I get them dyed like 4-5 weeks before the wedding

nope never even thought about it. Just went out and bought white shoes since my dress was white. Nobody will really see your shoes up close anyway!

I'm just going to buy a basic pair of white shoes. Not too concerned about anything but COMFORT to be honest! Nobody will see them anyway.

i bought my shoes and do not have a swatch yet ...they told me I can bring my shoes back to get dyed...
