I have my guest list and addresses on an excel spread sheet. Problem is that when you print from that, it does not show the lines so you might not align the names with the addresses. In fact, my mom used my excel list to send out my shower invites and she sent my bm's invite to someone else (the person next on the list).
Please tell me how to get all that stuff into somewhat of a chart. thanks

if you go int tools there is a way to conver the whole thing into labels,,

Go to File---->Page Set Up----->Click on the 'Sheet' tab.
Under 'Print' check off the box that says 'gridlines'
This should do it. Good luck. Let me know if you need more help.

Hi-light what you want gridded. On the top, their is a box for grid lines. You can choose horizontal, vertical, diagonal, etc.
