Hmmm, I can't really chose one. I am a huge DVR junkie and I watch pretty much everything. Some of my favs are:
Curb Your Enthusiasm Law and Order: SVU Cold Case Criminal Minds Without A Trace Brothers and Sisters Desperate Housewives Grey's Anatomy Extreme Makeover Home Edition (i cry everytime!) The OC (even though its gone) The Hills 90210 (its a classic!) ALLL REALITY TV!
Okay...now you know...I am a big dork and love TV.

I try to limit my tv watching but I have to watch Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Office. Other than those two shows, I dont really commit to any shows. I love the Food Network and HGTV but I dont HAVE to watch any of those shows.
Oh, and there's one more show I've started watching that's really good... Dirty Sexy Money.... anyone watch it? It's great!

I was OBSESSED with sex and the city! sooo upset they took it off i cant wait till the movie!!!
I still wacth the reruns and watch it on demand even though ive seen every episode 5+ times lol

OMG I have soo many: Friends 90210 Grey's Anatomy LOST House ER Dancing with the stars Sex and the City and I have to say...I still love Full House lol...it reminds me of when I was younger.
