Why does EVERY store I go into ask me if I'd like a plastic 'fast pass' to debt a.k.a. a credit card???? And then I nicely decline and they are like 'Are you sure?? You'll save 10%???!!!????'
Yes! I'm sure! Let's say I just spent $10 and as soon as I get that credit card and use it and get a bill the finance charges will probably out weight the stupid 10% ($1) I saved that first day.
UGH!!!!!!!!!

i hate when they ask me to sign up for cc's... im like no thanks... i have 8 already... lol i only got suckered in once and it was at macys but i was saving a ton by signing up so i did... no regrets there though

YES! I get so mad because every store I go into I'm like 'No' and they push and push. Victoria secret was the worst last year. I was with my mom and she goes 'Why in the h*** would we need a credit card when we have enough cash to buy the store?' I wish I had her toungue at times!

i actually have their cc too, but i went through the site to get it... sometimes u get good deals for using it ... i never keep balances so i dont worry about the rates

they defintely push b/c they get some sort of a compensation for it, like money towards teh store or what-not.

i hate the pushynes also but, i have to say Victorias Secret is a good card to have.... they are ALWAYS sending me free underwear and giftcards

I hate that too... at this time of the year is that they get more pushy. My friend used to work in retail and I think she told me that they get like $5 per new cc
