I think I want to do some sort of OOT bag....how will these get into the hotel rooms? Would I need to set it up with my hotel?

holy molly, you're right! i keep picturing me making the baskets for the rooms, but havent thought about the actual-placing them there maybe i'll just keep them in the bridal suite and get them to the rooms as they check in~boy is the bridal attendant going to wanna shoot me then!~

Im using the wingate and they said I could drop them off the day before and they would place one on each bed of a room booked for my guests...or if I begged really hard I could put them there if the rooms were open the night beofre!

My hotel said that I can bring them there to the hotel a week before and they will give them out as the guests check in. They just cant be personalized.

Leave them w/ reception and they will give them to your guests as they check-in.

FYI: for anyone staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow - they charge $3 for each box to be put in the room, but its free if they just hand them out at the front desk.

Just hung up with Jessica - she said that they do not charge to give the guests their bags. She said they give it to them at check in.
