Anyone have any pictures to share? They did a wonderful job for my aunt's 50th birthday party I just want to see some wedding CPs and bo-ks from there...thanks!

If I wasn't totally computer unsavy, I would post my friend's pics from her wedding the other day. Her flowers were gorgeous! I still have them at home. She had different shades of pink peonies, white orchids and fushia gerbers. He did a beautiful job. If he would work within my budget I would book him in a second.

Their work is terrific - the CPs for my aunt's party were amazing! I understand about not being computer savy- I struggle pretty often myself.

Yes, they provide samples- I got one and to be honest wasnt completely satisfied- they are a great florist and anytime I ordered flowers they were beautiful. They didnt do what I asked for so I went with someone else( I was very specific with pictures)- In my album there are pics- in the album labeled CP's I did not like and am not using.

yeah i agree.. they have always done beautiful work for us when we ordered bo-ks and when we went to other weddings that used them. i always felt that their quality was worth the extra money (b/c their quote was more than every other florist we looked at) but when i gave them specific pics of what i wanted and he did something completely different i tried to ask if the pics i wanted could be done and he basically said they could be done but that he didn't want to do them-- meaning, he really felt it was best the way HE liked it-- but it's my wedding. then the same thing happened to my sister. so we were so let down, it's a real shame. i asked him to do specific things and the manager there told me it was 'too much work'. i really used to be james cress' biggest fan but i was forced to go to another florist (which i'm very happy with) but i didn't want to have to do that-- but i had no choice b/c he just wouldn't do what i asked and the same happened to my sister (who wrote above).

I hope though, that you are able to have a better experience with them. I have heard they have great designers but the older man (James himself) is very 'stuck in his ways'. Maybe this info will help you and you'll be able to get what you want with them? I hope so.

we're planning on using them. my parents are paying for the wedding and they have used them for years and years and were always satisfied so it was my mom's suggestion. we never got a quote or anything; they just told my mom that we didn't have to come in until about 2-3 months before the wedding.
my first meeting with them is on the 24th. hopefully my mom doesn't have a stroke when she sees what it's going to cost... but SHE wanted to use them!
i guess my indecisivness may actually be a blessing rather than a curse in this situation... i have no pictures of ideas in my head of 'exactly' what i want. just some vague ideas that i will tell them and then let them do their thing and hopefully love it.
guess i'll be keeping my fingers crossed, just in case!
