ive never been to one before but i read some stuff about them. they are a way to save money but you are buying the dress as is.
I think you can save money. You have to buy the dress during the trunk show-- and they order it for you-- don't think its always as is, you just have to order it during the trunk show time frame and you get like 10% off, maybe 15%.
yeah you def save money usually around15% off discount if you but the day of a trunk show... theyre a lot more negotiable those days , im sure you can get a veil thrown in for free as well! def go check it out
I went to a trunk show of Priscilla Boston & Jim Helm bride & bridesmaid dress. I ordered my MOH & MOB dress right there on the spot. I got a great discount (25% off plus 10% off on alteration) but you have to wait for dress to arrive (usually it takes around 5-9 weeks unlike when you purchased in the store where the dress will come around 4-6 weeks).
