I am looking for a nice place to bring FH for his BDay next week... anyone have any suggestions? He looves steak , so it has to be a place with steak. I was thinking Tellers... Anyone have any other suggestions??

yes.... call Maroni Cuisine in Northport. Its unlike any dining experience. the food off the tasting menu is awesome.. you get about 10 courses of food, small portions..

we are BIG steak eaters. I am not from Suffolk so I have never been to tellers but I can tell you some of the best steak houses


#1 Wolfgang's in the city (tribecca & park ave) by far the best steak you will ever have (not wolfgang pucks)

Michael Jordon's in NYC
Rothmans is excellent in Oyster Bay
Bryant & Cooper in Roslyn
Blackstones in melville was good

Paces is good if you want to stay in Suffolk

Prime is beautiful (owned by tellers) but I have only been there for drinks if the food is anything as good as it looks I would try there in huntington

If it is a special occasion and you can get into the city you must go to Wolfgang's it is owned by one of the head waiters from Peter Lugers. Ambiance surpasses Peter Lugers and quality is always above par. The steak, shrimp cocktail, canadian bacon is to die for. Worth the trip.

Best steak EVER is at Frank's in RVC. Get the Romanian skirt steak.

I'm obsessed and I don't even like steak!
