was a bridesmaid this past Saturday - we lucked out with the weather! It was at Jericho Terrace - great food & atmosphere.

This day did not come without any 'surprises' and thank goodness, my friend (the bride) had a wedding coordinator. She used Gina from 'Knot to be Forgotten' - what a lifesaver! The bride used a small florist shop, not very well known, & the flowers were terrible. Gina & her assistant had to re-wrap all the bo-q, buy new flowers for the guys from a florist shop across from the church (they didn't match our bo-q flowers or dress colors), and the centerpieces were disgusting. It looked like I made them myself. They were so tiny and nothing to them.

Gina called in a favor from a flower shop across the way from Jericho Terrace...Flower Michelle & John came himself to help out. He & his team added beautiful flowers & re-created beautiful CP's. What a life-saver and so accomodating! Sometimes you really need a DOC.

Patken was her photographer (nick) & Video (Raymond) - they were wonderful. I used Patken for my wedding and loved them.

Vinny from High Voltage Sounds was great. Great choices of music & we all danced all night.

Oksana & Jenn the Hair Genie did hair & Make-up - gorgeous...of course!

She used dynasty limos - rolls royce & escalade. Great service & drivers!

We had other 'behind-the-scene' drama but Gina & Maureen helped us all out.

Moral - use reputable vendors & hire a DOC if you have the extra money

Thanks for the review and the pics look great. I believe that is in the Skylight Room at JT; that's what room we are using.

Can you please tell me if she was happy with JT's service & everything. I loved her cake with the colored ribbon. I know JT does most of their cakes in just white w/out color can you please ask her if she had to pay extra for the colored ribbon? I would appreciate it very much.

Once again, thanks for the review and thinking of all of us other ladies who will be getting married at JT.

wow- that's horrible about the florist. I hope she gets her money back from them.

Thanks for the review..I can't believe what happened... I am glad it worked out in the end...She looked beautiful...

I'll find out and let you know about the cake. JT was great - great service & delicious food. I believe that was the room - it was one of the smaller rooms on the lower level.
