I think it's a cute idea.. and i just saw these on personalization mall...

Photo Christmas wedding cards

I think this is a great idea if anyone maybe couldn't make it to the wedding or had to be cut from the list and you wanna share your day with them!!!! Or even for ladies getting married during the holiday months who wanna use them as thank you's also..
just thought i'd share since it was a recent discussion

What do you girls think of putting STD's in with your holiday cards? Do you think that is cheap looking b/c it should be separate?

I have been debating the same thing. But I've used so many pics already. I used pics of our engagement and made thank you cards. then pics at our wedding at each table. then thank you card pics.

I feel like it's wedding overload..lol

We did take some pics at a fall foliage trip we took recently, so thought I'd use that.

I am doing a similar Christmas card with one of our more photojournalistic wedding photos from Exposures.com. I didn't send out photos with my thank you notes so this is my way of satisfying my need to send a wedding photo out!

I'm totally doing a Christmas Card/Wedding Thank You card...I think it's a cool idea and running with it. My photographer gave me the idea, but I'm trying to look for cheaper alternatives....like Kodak Gallery

DH's aunt and uncle sent out christmas cards with a family picture from their daughters weddings, one last year and i'm assuming the other daughters this year.

I don't know if I want to put a wedding picture on mine, since I'm sending a wedding picture with the thank you. I was planning on using a picture of DH and us in front of the tree in Rockefeller Center from last year!

My friends did this last year. They used a pic from their engagement shoot as the Xmas card, and included the STD inside as well. I thought it was so cute and not at all cheap!!!

Hmmm I sent out a thank you with our pic but was also thinking of making a christmas card as well.

This is my idea...........3 picture collage christmas card - 1 photojournalistic wedding pic, 1 honeymoon pic and 1 something else! What do you think?

That's what I did! I made a card on Shutterfly with 4 pics - 1 from the wedding, 2 from the HM and 1 cute one from a friend's wedding after ours. They came out so cute!

I tried to post a pic but it didnt work. Sorry!
