I happen to like a lot of the dresses I see w/sashes (i.e. Amsale) and have seen the sashes done in blue and champagne...but does anyone know if you can choose the color of the sash?
I would love to have mine be a dark green as a nod to my irish heritage...
Any feedback would be appreciated.

The dress my girls are wearing (Bari Jay) has a sash and I was able to pick any combination I wanted. I'm sure it's the same with all designers.

If they have the fabric in that color they will definitely customize.. I would go to Amsale and ask them when you try on dresses.. If you go anywhere else- I would try to go during a trunk show.

I really like that look too - especially with lighter colors. I'm sure the colors available depend on the particular designer.

ooohhhhh....not sure if they do that, but I'm thinking that would be cool! Go for it! I'm sure you could talk to the seamstress at your bridal salon.
