READER GIFTS.....

Do you think bottles of wine are a good idea? What are you getting your readers?

I think that is a nice idea. I am getting my readers something small. I'll probably get one a gc to get her nails done and the other a gc to Best Buy.

We did wine for our readers and they were actually surprised to get anything. They were both our Uncles. For the prayer of the faithful readers (our female cousins) we got a mix of things from Bath and Body and I made small baskets for them.

We got our readers 5x7 picture frames that we got on the sale rack at Bed Bath & Beyond.

I think wine is good and if you can buy the type (chardonnay, pinot, merlot...) that they each prefer -- I think that would be a nice touch.

I have no idea what we're doing for ours ...

I think it's a nice idea. I was going to get them a frame and place a copy of their reading inside of it.

we bought our readers a silver plated frame with our wedding date and names. We put a picture of us in the frame too.

I think bottles of wine are really nice gifts for the readers. I think a lot of people don't get gifts for readers, but it is a vry nice and gererous gifts

We got them flasks with their initials engraved on them. We ordered them through Men's Warehouse, which has a great selection of personalized items.

I was a reader recently and was given a nice picture frame with a note saying 'reserved for a picture from the wedding'. They made sure the photographer got a picture of FH and me with the bride and groom. I thought that was a really nice idea.
