Reader Gifts???????

Do you get gifts for people you ask to do a reading during the ceremony?

I did a reading in a friend's wedding, and she bought me a cute decorative perfume bottle... I thought it was a cute gift!

I've done readings at a few weddings and never received a gift. We may get our readers a bottle of wine or something like that.

I was a reader at a friend's wedding and never got anything either!
But a bottle of wine is a nice idea - just a little something

I think a bottle of wine is a great idea. We'll be getting ours something like that or maybe a g/c to a restaurant.

I was a reader in my sister's wedding and she gave us gift certificates to bloomies....i think a gc or a nice bottle of wine is good...

We bought our readers gits. We bought one a personalized picture frame from Things Remembered. The other we bought a cigar set that was personalized from Things Remembered.

I bought crystal crosses for each of the readers at our wedding. It is nice, and somewhat religious to symbolize that they played a part in our wedding mass. I ordered them from Things remembered.com Great website! I highly recommend it!

We did....

1 was my cousin so i got her a gift card to Banana Republic

the other was my aunt and got her a giftcard to Cheescake Factory

didnt go nuts on them...just did 30$ for each!

I was a reader at 2 weddings and got a gift for both...probably valued at $25-35 each.

I am definitely getting my readers gifts...

one reading is being done by a couple who are like my second parents and the other by FH's cousin. Not sure what to get though
