Should I invite them to the rehearsal dinner? Should they go to the rehearsal? What gift should I get them?

Yes, they need to rehearse when they go up to read, so they should go to the dinner IMO

We invited our readers to the rehearsal. We also invited them and their SO to dinner. We did not get them an additional gift.

My readers were my goddaughter who lives in jersey and my sister in law. My goddaughter didn't come to the rehearsal because she is 12 and couldn't travel, but my sister in law did.

We got my goddaughter an itunes gift card, and we got my sister in law a gift card to olive garden.
