For all of you who have asked someone to do a reading at the ceremony do you mind sharing how you asked then. I had cute little peoms for all of my bridesmaids/maid/matron of honors so I was looking for something unique as well. Do you know if there is a poem for that as well?

That's ok, just thought that there might be something out there since everyone loved what I did for the bridal party. I almost feel like I have to do something just as nice.

My FH's SIL is doing one of our readings and we sent her an e-mail asking if she would, said how much it would mean to us, etc.
Our other reader will probably be asked in person since they live closer and we see them much more often.

I had a long talk with our reader. FH & I knew that she would not be able to afford to be in the BP so I called her and told her that I'd be honored if she would do a reading. She was so excited and said yes. After the talk we emailed and she told me she appreciated that we asked her to be apart of the ceremony even without being a BM. She will also be handing out the programs and be invited to the RD.

My 3 uncles are doing readings...we emailed 2 of them and the other one was over for dinner and we asked him. Then of course since he is such a clown, he told me that he guesses he has to go to the ceremony now.
