I'm really not enjoying being a bride-to-be anymore. One of my BMs , (who calls herself my BF) just flipped out on me and stated she never asked to be in my wedding and didn't want to be in in the first place. It like almost 3 months to the wedding and I have been engaged since last December and now is the time you want to be honest. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. She said that she'd rather be a guest. I think the part that annoys me most is I sense her reluctant all along and really wish she would have just said so from beginning. I don't think I would be so hurt. She really doesn't seem happy for me at all. I am just sad and disappointed about the whole situation. I feel like every week there is another person who has an issue with wedding, be family or friends and I am just ready to be my FH's wife and start our lives together.

Re: Ready for the wedding to be over
BFs share the worse and the best moments in a person's life, that being said..she calls herlself ur BF and told u she didn't want to be in ur wedding, just a guest?!?!? that's insane! I'm sorry to hear that girly, a friend who got recently married told me that u really get to know how people truly are in moments like ur wedding. Although it's sad and I totally feel ur pain, it's better she's showing her true colors before ur wedding and not during. I'm sorry ur'e going through this
shame on that BM

Thanks, I'm still feeling sad and now she's texting my Fh about how she's not on our level and she understands that if we don't want to hang out. I am so over this whole thing.

Not on your level?? This situation sounds ridiculous and to put you through this 5mo before your big day??? I'm so sorry you have to go through this. Tell FH not to answer his texts from her. If she's got something to say, she better tell you directly.

I agree with the previous posters. It's horrible that she is behaving this way. But do not let her make you unhappy.

As I have learned the hard way... Planning a wedding isnt hard, its the people in it that make it hard and not fun
IMO - She needs to get dropped asap.. You dont need this drama right now.. Focus on your plan, you and FH.. bump people like that

Wow, soo sorry to hear you are going through this, She has some nerve. To be putting you through this Three months before the wedding is redicoulous you dont deserve that. Don't let her ruin these last few months for you. It sucks say but you really get to know who your real friends are when you have something big going on in your life. Through my wedding process I have really seen alot of peoples true colors and thats ok. I am glad to know who they really are and know to never depend on them in life. It definitely hurts but those people are not worth ruining your experience. you can always make new friends but you can't get back these special months that are before your wedding. I hope everything works out

I agree with the other girls. Please don't let it ruin your day or the read of your planning

Don't let her ruin your day. She should be talking to you, not texting your FH

Re: Ready for the wedding to be over
I really feel your pain because I just heard from my SIL and she was supposed to be a BM. She was the one who invited herself to be a BM. Now she tells me that she cannot do it. I am so pissed off. But I am not going to stress about it.
Also, why is she texting your FH? That's so uncalled for, if she has something to say, she needs to talk to you, not your FH.
I suggest that you put things into perspective and don't freak out about it. I think it's better to find out now than two weeks before the wedding. Just relax and think about that day and how amaizing it's going to be.

Re: Ready for the wedding to be over
I feel way better now. She tells me she's just in bad place in her life and she really can't be happy about anything or anyone. She's worried about her career, marriage and life in general. I feel bad. I'm sorry this happened this way. I do still want to be friends with her.
