That was so fuinny last night. Yes, Frankie needs to stop drinking. She has a boyfriend, doesnt she realize he will eventually see this on tv. I have NO sympathy for her. If you cant control your liquor...DONT DRINK!!!!!

That is pretty messed up in that smoking gun article that MTV wouldn't let them do a search after a rape.
They had to get a search warrant!!
It says in the article that it isn't a cast member that gets raped, it is some random girl from a bar and Randy's friend Justin who rapes her, allegedly.
As for that wuss of a guy who had Robin arrested is he kidding me? Her was teasing her and called her a ***** and she punched his arm. Puhleese!!! I hope he gets ripped on for being a wuss!!! She didn't scratch him at all. Hello doesn't he know that it was on tape? It seems the SF police have it in for MTV. I mean Brad gets arrested for public drunkeness and other people are cursing at him while he's in cuffs and the police don't even tell them to shut-up. I think Brad can also use the tape of the incident to benefit him

When Robin hit that guy, his friend said 'now you can sue her.' I hope to goodness that whatever judge that hears that case rips that guy up because you know the only reason he did that was for the cameras.
I can't believe they got arrested on the same night though.

I just saw this today and thought it will be a classic. Along with the Tammy/David, Dan/Melissa, Brynn/Steven, Neil and the tongue incident.
My favorite part was when Jacquese says that he is going to starve himself until Brad gets out of jail and then wears his 'free Brad' paper.

Yeah the rape didn't happen to a cast member directly, but a friend of Randy's (I think) and to some girl that was staying in the house. I also heard rumors that Jamie was the only cast member that was awake/aware at the time it happened.
Frankie leaves and gets replaced later in the season by a skateboarder guy named Charlie. However, I dont understand why they replaced her. I know they had replacements in the first few seasons when cast members left, but when Irene left (Seattle, Season 7) she was not replaced, and I am pretty sure that Frankie leaves somewhat towards the end of the season, but I could be wrong.
