Reality Check....

Someone today asked me when I am getting married and I just said JULY...not in NEXT JULY but THIS JULY...No more saying July'06...its just JULY!!!! Like in the July coming in 10 months

I still keep saying 'next May' even though when I say May it means next year.

I know, I just say April...although our engagement is less than a year anyway, but I still get asked, 'this coming April?'.

If I was getting married in April 07 wouldn't I say that?

I keep saying October 8, 2006 and I get _ wow, you're pulling a wedding together that quick?!?! Ummm, no 2006 is NEXT year!! DUH!

I know I love that now I can just say I'm getting married in July or next July. Then again it also freaks me out a little bit. I have so much to do, but I can't wait for the big day to get here.

I still haven't booked all my vendors, so when i call to make an appointment, they are always like ..the February that's 5 months away?? Then I have to explain what a slacker I am

I know!!! I can finally say 'August' instead of August 2006. I remember when I first got engaged (in 2004) I would say Aug 06 and everyone would be like 'WOW long engagement!!!' Now finally people are saying... 'Oh!! Its coming up soon!'

Yea, when I say June some people think it's this year (2005) and then they realize that June already passed and we're in September already!!!

Some ask 2006? Like, if it were 2007 then I would say that!!!!!! So YES, THIS JUNE 2006!!! As in 274 days from now!!!!!!!!

Sorry but some people just get to me!! It's true tho, I was just thinking that in 9 months I'm not gonna have my last name anymore. That's gonna be so weird!!!!!!

ugh - so annoying. i get that too. i say july - they say 'this coming july' - i say yes - they say 'why so far?'

im in the same boat i have to get on the ball.

this month i am going to get a florist, ceremony music and order invitations....
