I saw your earlier post - would it fit if you removed the descriptions from the first 3 courses and just listed them without description, and then left the entree options and VH as you had it?

Awww, yeah, that post was a lot more inocuous that others I've seen, I'm surprised it got deleted...
But I agree with trying to list the first 3 courses without details and leaving everything else as is, maybe that will help but guests will still know how many courses are coming and in what order.
What happens if you decided to do a bifold menu? Would that be so bad? Is it because they're more?
