So I'm in the process of touring hotels for room blocks and looking at bridal suites to get ready in for the wedding. However I am sooo confused as to how this is going to work. I was planning on staying in the suite the night before the wedding with my moh and bm's. How does hair and makeup work with everyone? Do I get 2 hair people and 2 makeup person to come to the hotel and do us? How long would it take for me and 5 bm's to get all this done?
I would definitely get at least two hair people. I stayed at my parents' house the night before the wedding and my whole BP met us at the salon for hair and make-up. We had three people styling hair and one make-up artist. There were 10 of us there - including 3 BM, FG, mom, grandma, 2 aunts, and sister-in-law. I also had to leave while some of the girls were still getting ready b/c the photog was on his way to the house.
have you had any trials yet? i've only booked my makeup but if you tell them how many people need makeup, they'll tell you if they need an extra person or not and can help back into a timeline for you to get ready. for makeup, i've been told that it will take about 30 min for the bm's and an hour for me.
What I suggest is finding who you want to do your hair and asking them, they will let you know how many people & how much time is needed. Just tell them when you all have to be done by and give yourself time between getting done & the photographer arriving to put your dress on.
i would get 2 of each because you dont want to run late
