really dumb question

Do you send thank yous to the ppl who RSVPd NO, and didn't send a gift?

I know you send a thank you to those who came and didn't give a gift.

and obviously not the no-shows with no gift, right?

I don't know why I'm being so dumb on this....

i love it...

well here's my spinoff: my SIL and I decided we're not giving each other gifts since we were getting married 3 weeks apart. we really don't like each other and there was this drama where DH and I ended up paying for her and her DH's hotel room for our wedding...

we just got HER thank you card, with a pre-printed 'Thank you' message on the inside, thanking us for our 'very generous and lovely gift'

Yeah, I would be careful about preprinting anything for that very reason..... You still want to thank ppl for sharing in your day, but not for paying for your hotel room at THEIR wedding... What fools some people are!!!
