Ok so i have to fill out something for my new health insurance and I have no idea what to write!!!
What is a beneficiary?

The beneficiary is the person who will get paid your benefit after you (god forbid) die. It's generally to do w/ life insurance and/or your pension, 401K, etc.

who's the policyholder?? you or FH? cause if you are the policy holder for health insurance, you FH would be the beneficiary....or vice versa.
the beneficiary is kind of like your dependent on your policy. like if a husband had the health insurance---his wife, and children would be the beneficiaries on the policy as the covered dependents.
