the 07ers crack me up!!! one of my best friends who is getting married THIS saturday started this topic on the 07 boards & it totally took off into this whole discussion... its really funny reading all the replies... i HAD to share with my fellow 08ers lolololol

I know what they are talking about!!! I type in caps all day long at work, and when I talk to FH on here, and I have the caps on..hes like WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME!!
Caps reserved for YELLING or IMPORTANT emphasized words only...
when i read caps i picture someone screaming what im reading in my head...

yeah i have caps lock on at work but I either take it off right before i post something or as soon as i start typing and realize it i'll change it. Yeah i just associate it with screaming lol...my friend will type in caps sometimes on emails and we always ask her why shes yelling, we know shes not but we just joke around

I really couldnt care less...CAPS or no caps, whatever!......I'll read a post if I'm interested in it and if not I'll pass by it. It has nothing to do with the cap lock.

I agree, I actually think its weird that people get so offended by this. To go to the extent to say that you won't read a post if it is in caps is crazy in my opinion.

'you're right there ARE more important things than caps lock....and there are more important things than BM dresses, monograms, cake toppers, e-rings, videogrpahers, wedding dresses, alterations, RD's, tiaras, veils, and make up trials.........and we all talk about them here. let's not pretend that this board is some deep think tank....it's a chat board...and that is why the caps issue comes up...cause its simple chat etiquette....we don't discuss the Geneva Conventions on here...we talk about cake flavors...so the 'there are more important things in the world than caps lock' statement doesn't quite fit.'

hahahah thats funny, I thought it was a wedding website, lol guess not, sometimes its funny how people talk about random things. I guess the 07'ers are stressed bec its there year thats why they are going crazy about CAPS. I hate CAPS myself, its ok to CAP a word or two to empasize something but when something is all in caps, its annoying, my sis writes in caps, I hate it. And that topic went over 4 pages, OMG, hahahahah
