135 ppl, $75ea=$14k 1 limo, 2 pickups, like 10 min rides 5 guys in DJ/Band 2 photogs, 8 hrs, husband/wife owner team local florist, 2 deliveries both w/in 5 miles of shop.

Here's what I'd do just by the guidelines I remember from last year:
It's $3-5 pp, so I'd do $400-$450 for the Maitre D' Bridal Attendant is usually around half that, maybe a little less. Limo drivers' gratuity is usually 'included' in most contracts for limos. I'd give $20 each on top of that. Band / DJ, maybe $50 each, or you can just give like $200 to the band leader and have him split it up. Photogs $50-$75 each I'd just do $20 tip for the florist delivery.
Keep an extra envelope with smallish bills in it along with all your tip envelopes so you can adjust up or down accordingly and keep track on it what you've done. You're missing a bunch of people you tip on this list, so you may need it.
