We have had these dogs three years and every so often, I would say once every three or four months, the get spiteful and tip over the garbage. I came home from a really good day at work and had to now only clean up garbage, clean every room in my house beacsue they dragged it everywhere! My little Momo even took it in to the LR where we have a gate and proceeded to munch on it in an off limits room (He can jump over it with one leap while Maxie is too fat). Anyone else have dogs this spiteful?

holy cow! sorry to hear your pups are driving you crazy with their garbage scavenger hunts!! Can you put your garbage can under the sink or in a cabinet with a child lock maybe?

Chewie tries to knock tyhe garbage over so we put something in front of it so he can't get to it.

When MAx first came to us (he was 9 years old!! but he had food issues) we had to put a baby lock on the garbage cabinet ...
They are so bad! That is a really good idea, a babylock! I wish I had a cabinet, we have a plastic can, really tall though. I am goign to invest in a metal one that they can knock over. After cleaning up last night Brian comes home at 10.30 and finds more garbage hidden in their beds. They eat! It's not like we are starving them!
