really really dumb question

sorry to be so stupid lol

when do u give everyone the tips.....i would think at the end of the night right...im just afraid we will be to drunk forget to do it cause we r saying good bye to people or something....i dont know im just thinking crazy......we will just have to remember to do it

I gave them out at the end of the night. I gave my dad someof them to give out so I wouldnt have to worry about it all.

I will probably do it end of night, and my mother (who does not drink, but should) is going to be the keeper of the envelopes.

We are going to have my FFIL in charge of the tips. At the end of the evening he will be giving them out. I know FH and I will never remember to do it.

Ok Gina to answer your question...I believe that you give them out at the end of the night. I can not tolerate alchohol so I will be the one handling this. If you are afraid of forgetting maybe you can do what Ali is doing and ask a parent or someone who doesn't drink to do it for ya...HTH

I gave them all at the end of the night.. we were so busy dancing so much and hanging out w/ everyone we really didn't drink as much as we thought we would, so we were fine.

And don't worry..your vendors probably won't let you forget...lol..not that they will come over and say 'where's my tip?' LOL!! but they'll approach you at the end of the night to see how everything was..etc.. that's when i thanked them and gave them their envelopes.

I gave mine out at the end of the night. If you are worried about forgetting I would probably give them to someone you can trust to hand them out. I was so busy running around all night that I BARELY even had a glass of champagne so I handed out my own envelopes.

If you have a DOC have them do it. As for me I'm Tipping my photographer & photo assistant as soon as I see them. I want them to go the extra mile for me. Knowing they each have an extra $150.00 early in the day I'm sure they will do just that ..........go the extra mile.

My DOC is in charge of tipping them... I only have her for the first half of my reception so they will prob be given out mid-way through.... gives us enough time to see the vendors in action and decide if we need to add or subtract $$ from the envelopes
