Really really good camera recommendations...

I want to get a new camera this week for our honeymoon.

I'm open to any recommendations, digital or traditional.
(My cameras are all so old), and I don't mind spending money, but ideally I'd like to stick below $1,000.

Canon Digital Rebel EOS-300D!!

Awesome camera! We have one and just got one as a Christmas gift for DH's father.

Kodak EasyShare DX6490. Sooo easy and takes INCREDIBLE pictures. Love it!!!!

We have a Kodak Easyshare (DX 4330) as well and it is a great camera (great picture quality, fast & easy), but the Canon Rebel is much more superior, also much bigger (drawback).

I love my digital Canon Powershot G3 (was $800 new a few years ago). Awesome battery life (which would be perfect on the honeymoon). But it is big, the one drawback to it.

We have this one also. We LOVE it but it is too big for us. So we recently bought a Canon Powershot S400 Digital Elph. It takes awesome pics.
