Really & truly need advice please- (ETA Link to previous post) sorry so long

Ok - so I am going to try to make a long story shrt:

Some of you may remember the saga I am having with my family.

Here goes:

My fathers g/f started drama @ my shower w/ my mom who is not the epitome of mentally stable.
My dad left nasty messages for me b/c his g/f was upset by what my mom told hom about my dad. ( the truth hurts) - they're out.

ANyway,
My mom and I have had a very strained relationship overh the years. I worry myself sick over her life choices - drinking mixed with pills etc. but she is my mom.

She's very jealous of my mil and anyone that I spend time with.

When all this stuff happened with my shower- mom was drinking

I pulled all the invites of my parents and thier friends. Now, after she keeps calling I think I want her there.

I am just scared b/c I don't think anyone wants to sit near her. She warned me that she is coming to the church.

WHat should I do? I love HER but I hate the way she acts and how she behaves.Link to previous post

So sorry to hear this is happening. If you haven't already, please try to talk to someone who specializes in this. I did, different family member, different aggravation, but same feelings. You need help to handle this. Hugs to you...

I would seriously think long and hard before you decide to not invite your mother.
You can never turn back the clock and change it .

She is your mother despite her issues and you may regret it in the long run especially if you are second guessing the decision now.
My advice is to invite her and speak to her about drinking at the wedding tell her you want her there but no alcohol...if she loves you she will do this for you

Good Luck honey I am here if you need to vent or talk
