ali and i just looked at them and think that you never wear your hair that way you should consider not wearing asmuch hair pulled to the front and too puffy/ the top also looks too poofy. a little more sleek look might look a little cleaner and elegant. let us know your thoughts M

Do you like it? I thought it was beautiful! Maybe you can go for another trial and see if they can do it less poofy? Though I think it looks fine the way it is. Even if you don't wear your hair like that all the time, it's your wedding day! You want to do something above and beyond the normal!

Don't you love how everyone becomes a critic?? I think if you like it, you should wear it that way. If you are still having doubts, get another trial with another style!!!

I think you should tell everyone to can it unless they want to pay for you to have another hair trial. If you like it that's all that matters.
Why should it look like how you always wear it?? Its the one day you are not going to look like yourself, you're in a wedding dress all made up for goodness sake. What do they want you to do, throw your hair in a ponytail, pull on some jeans and slump down the aisle???

Honestly, I think I got the same response from a few people about my hair trial, but I'm not worried about it because I know on the day of it will still be they style I chose but more finished.
I liked the side-swept ponytail look and wanted to reply earlier that men always find SOMETHING to pick on about women's fashion, I think. Things that normal people (women) would never even put together. Case in point: I have a red J. Crew winter coat. Every time I wear it FH has to call me Paul Revere and run around saying 'the red coats are coming' - like, what? Who even thinks of that. I feel like that is kind of like the beaver-pelt comment. I think if you are happy and comfortable with the look, then let it be because you are going to beautiful on your wedding day!

Well you definitely can't have something half down because it would hide the gorgeous back of your dress...I don't see a problem with the hair, i think it looks beautiful..but maybe a classic chignon might not look bad either? Not a slick high bun but a loose, low one.

I think it'll look gorgeous with your dress! Can you go for another trial, maybe on the same day as your dress fitting? I know it gets expensive though.

why dont you try messing with your hair yourself or let a friend help you... try and find other styles without paying an arm and a leg for trials

If your unsure of how it will look with your dress, the day of you can always change it. The hairdresser usually hangs around until you are in your dress so they can place your veil. So worse case if you hate it with your dress on, I'm sure they can quickly do something else.

I'd say change it only bc if the three ppl closest to you don't like it - that's going to bother you all day. Like I said in the earlier thread - do something that's more 'you'. At the end of the day you can never go wrong with being yourself.

They can do the same idea with less poof if the poof is bothering your mom... don't worry my mom did the same thing to me after my hair trial.

why dont you get your hair trial done the day you have a iftting that way you can see what it will look like with the dress!! I think your hair looked amazing.. but if your unsure if it goes with the dress and want a more pulled back look like your family is saying then maybe do a trial like that and compare the 2.. maybe something like this will look nice below
